I am a senior telecommunications and infrastructure leader with over 20 years of experience delivering complex, large scale network programs across government, enterprise, and critical infrastructure environments. My career spans across network architecture, infrastructure planning, and the delivery of mission‑critical telecommunications initiatives, including government emergency radio networks, large‑scale fixed and mobile network rollouts, 5G network slicing, microwave and broadband systems, and access network migrations.
